During the renovation of a rental property in Exmouth, we were contracted to modernise the electrical installation as part of a complete kitchen refurbishment and property upgrade.
Our work included the installation of new wiring and power supplies to accommodate the redesigned kitchen layout, along with the fitting of updated sockets, switches and electrical accessories throughout the area. To improve electrical safety and meet current regulations, the property’s outdated fuseboard was removed and replaced with a new consumer unit incorporating the latest protective devices.

Following completion of the installation, comprehensive inspection and testing were carried out to verify the safety and performance of the electrical system. The upgraded installation now provides enhanced protection against electrical faults, improved reliability for day-to-day use, and greater peace of mind for both the landlord and future tenants.
The finished project delivered a modern, regulation-compliant electrical system capable of supporting contemporary kitchen appliances while helping to ensure the property remains safe, efficient and ready for occupation.
