Built on Experience. Focused on Safety

Electrical safety isn’t just a formality – it’s about identifying risks before they become costly or dangerous problems. Across East Devon, properties of all ages benefit from regular EICR certificates and inspections to ensure electrical installations remain safe, functional and compliant with current UK standards. Electrical Compliance provides professional EICR certificates throughout East Devon, giving homeowners, landlords and businesses clear insight into the condition of their electrical systems.

The approach is straightforward and practical – detailed inspections, easy-to-understand reports, and honest recommendations without unnecessary work. An EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) highlights any defects, deterioration or non-compliance issues, allowing you to take the right action to maintain safety and meet legal obligations.
