New Kitchen & Consumer Unit Upgrade in Exmouth

As part of a full refurbishment project at a rented property in Exmouth, we completed the electrical installation for a brand-new kitchen and carried out a consumer unit (fuseboard) upgrade to bring the property in line with current safety standards.

The project involved installing new kitchen circuits, updating electrical accessories, and replacing the existing fuseboard with a modern consumer unit featuring RCBO protection and surge protection. All work was fully tested and certified to ensure compliance with the latest electrical regulations and landlord safety requirements.

The result is a safer, more reliable electrical installation that provides improved protection for both the property and its tenants while supporting the demands of a modern kitchen environment.
